Boxing Medical Cover – Lambda Medical are able to provide necessary or extensive boxing medical cover at both regulated and unregulated boxing events. Through our vast array of medical resources, we are able to offer you complete medical provision, from initial planning through to debriefing and reporting. Our senior clinical staff are all either NHS trained or registered health professionals to ensure the best possible clinical standards and care.
Our team of doctors, HCPC registered paramedics, Emergency Nurses, Ambulance Technicians, Emergency Care Assistants or qualified first responders are experienced with trauma and primary care which allows us to provide high quality medical care for all events from small village fetes to larger festivals.
For different types of boxing events, we have the ability to deploy several different types of medical centre which can range from “pop up” gazebos and air shelters to large temporary structures, used for a number of circumstances including medical treatment areas, welfare facilities and “Lost Child” assembly areas. This allows us to treat or offer a safe place as well as preserving the dignity and privacy of all our patients for which they are all entitled to.
The facilities have all of our branding present which ensures they are easily identified from a distance, are all self-sufficient with independent lighting and heating and it goes without saying, fully equipped to deal with any medical incident. This will allow you as an event organiser to concentrate on the smooth running of your boxing event knowing that all your medical requirements are being taken care of professionally and efficiently.
We will also take care of liaising with the local NHS ambulance service as well as nearby hospitals to ensure your event runs smoothly. We have vast experience in providing medical services to a range of events including high-risk areas such as festivals, cage fighting, national motorsport meetings and remote environment medical cover. We can, therefore, provide cover in the most challenging of environments.
Different boxing events call for different resources, and from a vehicle standpoint, we have this covered. Our range of off-road vehicles including land rover discoveries and 4-wheel drive estate cars make light work of events where rough terrain is a factor. Alongside our off-road vehicles, we have our highly visible marked ambulances, subtle patient transport vehicles, VIP private hire cars and mobile command unit.
